az előző blogbejegyzés (válságban tanulni) megírása után rájöttem, hogy az igazából két külön téma, ezért szétválasztottam, hogy könnyebb legyen reagálni rájuk.
Melyik iparág jön ki elsők közt a válságból?
Ez nem csak a tőzsdei befektetőket érdeklő kérdés, munkavédelmisként is nagy jelentősége van, hogy az ember jól megsejti-e. Az előző, tanulásról szóló témával van kapcsolatban ez is. Ha Önnek van véleménye arról, hogy melyik iparágban lesz fejlődés, akkor munkavédelmisként érdemes elmélyedni annak a sajátosságaiban, mert ha az egyszer beindul, akkor ott lesz igény a munkánkra.
Nekem van egy tippem erre. Szerintem az építőipar a mostani válság ellenére is az elsők között fog kilábalni a bajból, és a meginduló építkezéséken ismét szükség lesz koordinátorra és munkabiztonsági szolgáltatókra.
Elsősorban nem a lakásépítésekre gondolok, de szerintem szép számú olyan tényező van, ami az építőiparnak segíteni fog, ha nem is holnap, de az elsők közt. Ezek legjelentősebbike, hogy az EU támogatások jelentős része építési beruházásokra fog menni. Utat, vasutat, hidakat közműveket nem lakossági megrendelésre építenek, ezért ez nem fog olyan mértékben visszaesni szerintem, mint az autóipar. Több ezer milliárd forintnyi infrastrukturális és környezetvédelmi célú támogatás fog érkezni a következő években. Erről itt olvasható egy hasznos elemzés (a 12.oldalon).
Hogy érinti ez a munkavédelmiseket?
Tapasztalataim szerint nagyon sok kolléga úgy irtózik az építőipartól, mint ördög a szenteltvíztől. Ezt meg is értem, mert tényleg sokrétű és veszélyes iparág, ön és közveszélyes ámokfutást is el tud követni egy felkészületlen munkavédelmis. Ezért az a véleményem, hogy a mostani helyzetben nem biztos, hogy egy az egyben elzárkózhatunk egy, a GDP kb. 10%-át adó iparágtól, melynek ráadásul komoly kilábalási lehetőségei vannak.
Az 1929-33-as nagy gazdasági világválság idején is az építési beruházások adták a New Deal egy jelentős részét. Nekünk eddig is voltak kisebb építőipari ügyfeleink, de eddig koordinátori feladatokat nem vállaltunk.
