A Munkavédelmi törvény több pontban említi a munkavégzés hatókörében tartózkodók védelmét. Kíváncsi lennék rá, hogy a gyakorlatban ezt mennyire ellenőrzik, mennyire szempont egy esetleges bírságnál. Ez egy friss hír apropóján jutott eszembe, ugyanis a napokban az RTL klub beszámolt arról, hogy a Margit hídon és a Szent István körúton a közvilágítás oszlopain nem lehet bezárni a szerelőnyílásokat, mert lefestették a zárat. Jelenleg ráragasztott figyelmeztető felirat védi az esőtől és a közvetlen érintéstől.
Ez a hír több okból is meglepett:
- a Margit hídon több százan, talán több ezren is közlekednek gyalogosan, köztük gyerekek is, akik a Szigetre mennek.
- kb 4 villamosmegállóra van az OMMF-től a helyszín, bizonyára több dolgozó is szokott arra közlekedni.
- Kifejezetten tudatos veszélyeztetés egy ilyen problémát felirattal elintézettnek venni.
- ha egy istenhátamögötti marhatelepen, ahol dolgozik 15 állandó ember, véletlenül nincs kulcsra zárva egy elektromos szekrény, néhány százezer ft bírságot biztos kapnak. Ahhoz képest ez mennyivel több embert veszélyeztet?
Remélem, a munkavégzés hatókörében tartózkodók védelmét is ellenőrzik azért, és ez egyedi eset, pár hónap múlva meglátjuk majd, hogy kapott-e munkavédelmi bírságot az Elmű ezért.
