Az előző bejegyzésre több jó témát javasoltak, de nekem eszembe jutott egy olyan, amivel igazán ki lehet használni a blog lehetőségeit. Az első bejegyzésemre több olyan hozzászólás is érkezett amelynek a lényege az volt, hogy vannak olyan kollégák, akik olyan méltatlanul alacsony áron dolgoznak, amiből tisztességes munkát végezni nem lehet, ezzel a piacot is tönkreteszik. (a konferenciák szünetében is sokszor hallottam már ezt) Ezzel kapcsolatban az a véleményem, hogy sokan nem rosszindulatból vállalnak alacsony áron egy feladatatot, hanem mert nem tudják, mik a szokásos piaci árak. Meg nem kérdezhetik senkitől, hiszen melyik kolléga adja ki, hogy egy adott munkát konkrétan mennyiért vállal? Rögtön attól fél, hogy legközelebb 1000 Ft-al alámennek, ezért inkább titkolja. Pedig inkább segíteni kéne a kezdőket, mert minél hamarabb elérik azt az árbevételtömeget, amiből már tisztességesen megélnek, annál hamarabb leszoknak a padlóáras szolgáltatásról. Különben évekig gürcölnek az 5000 Ft-os kockázatértékelésekkel, és mire rájönnek, mik az árviszonyok, tönkreteszik a helyi piacot. Erre most kitaláltam egy jó eszközt. Az alábbi ablakban szavazzon, hogy Ön mennyiért vállalná el az adott feladatot. Ebből minden kolléga legalább hozzávetőleges információhoz jut, és talán a szélsőségek is csökkenek. Kérem, aki válaszol, az őszintén tegye! Ha valami nem világos, az Új hozzászólásban kérdezzen rá! Ha egyéb hozzáfűznivalója van, azt is várom. Ha sikeres lesz az a szavazás, más mintafeladatról is szavazhatunk, kérem a javaslatokat! Ha a felsorolás alatt és felett levő lapos nyilak fölé viszi az egérmutatót, egy kattintás után a lista arrébbgördül, és az ott levő számokra is szavazhat. Köszönöm a többi témajavaslatot, idővel sort fogok keríteni azokra is.

So not really on the same topic as your post, but I found this today and I just can’t resist sharing. Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”
