(sajnos még nem minden munkakörre igaz ez)
Hogyan is történik most egy munkavédelmi oktatás?
A munka- és tűzvédelmi oktatást sok cégnél felesleges macerának tartják, amin jobb mielőbb túlesni. Ezért a menete a következőképpen szokott zajlani (már ahol egyáltalán foglalkoznak vele, és ez nem csak annyiban merül ki, “hogy itt írjátok alá!”)
- Hosszú egyeztetés után sikerül olyan időpontot találni, hogy csak a dolgozók 5-10%-a hiányzik.
- A kitűzött időpont előtt 15 perccel megérkezik a kollégák egy része, aki beszélgetéssel múlatják az időt addig, amíg 15 perc a késéssel megérkezik a legutolsó is.
- Megkezdődik az oktatás, az oktató felkészültségétől és a létszámtól függően vagy sor kerül szemléltetésre is, vagy a jogszabályok és általános tudnivalók ismertetésében merül ki
- A recepciósok kijárogatnak a betérő ügyfelekhez, egyes kollégák kimennek egy “halaszthatatlan” telefonhívást elintézni.
- Következik a mindent jobban tudók 20 perces kérdésözöne vagy monológja, ekkor már mindenki tűkön ül.
- Mindenki libasorban aláírja az oktatási naplót. (min fél perc/résztvevő)
- 15 perc könnyed beszélgetés után a kollégák szétszélednek, és ismét dolgozni kezdenek.
Ha összeszámolja, kiderül, hogy a későkre várakozással, a napló aláírásával és az “események megvitatásával” töltött idő összesen jóval meghaladja az oktatás tényleges időtartamát. Ezen kívül az oktatás eleve kevésbé hatéékony, mert ha egy dolgozó nem értett valamit, vagy “úgy marad”, vagy a kollégáit tartja fel a kérdéseivel. Erre persze könnyen mondják azt hogy “hát nem mindegy, a napló alá van írva és kész!”.
Ennél kidolgozam egy sokkal jobb rendszert, ezen az utolsó simításokat most végezzük, a következő hírlevélben lehull a lepel. Ez lehetővé teszi a munkáltatónak, hogy a nulla fáradsággal elérje, hogy a kollégái ki legyenek oktatva, és az ismétlő oktatással se legyen semmi dolga, és mégis minden rendben legyen.
